Last Thursday night, the worst attack on law enforcement since 9/11 occurred in Dallas as five uniformed officers were maliciously gunned down by a demented individual who doesn't deserve name recognition here.
For those who don't know, I'm an Horry County Sheriff's deputy when I'm not on the radio.
Anyhow, after what happened in Dallas had a couple days to sink in, for me, personally, I got up Sunday to put on the uniform and head to work and I had to say something, first. So I did; on Facebook, and the "Support Police Officers" Facebook page saw it and share it; the post has (so far) amassing nearly 6000 likes on their page, and been shared nearly 800 times. I thought I'd share it with you, as well.
I'm really touched so many folks saw my post and that it's been shared that much.
