Lowdown from Twangtown

Carrie Underwood just scored her fourth #1 album. "Cry Pretty" debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200, after selling 266,000 copies. It's the biggest sales week for a woman so far this year... and it's the best sales week for a country album in more than three years. That dates back to when Luke Bryan sold 345,000 copies of "Kill the Lights" in 2015.

Chris Young surprised the crowd in Nashville Saturday night with a little cameo from Brad Paisley on his song "I'm Still a Guy". It was a big deal for Chris . . . his first night ever headlining in his home town. And he sold out Bridgestone Arena.
