Ronnie Dunn is on the hunt for a Honky Tonk Town.
The country artist â half of iconic âNeonâ duo Brooks & Dunn â teamed up with Jake Worthington on his latest solo release, âHonky Tonk Town,â which debuted on Friday (May 20): âGotta find me a honky tonk town/ One that plays that honky tonk sound/ So many neon lights it looks like it's burnin' down/ Gotta find me a place like that/ Behind those swingin' doors I'll hang my hat/ Point it out on the map, I'll head out right now/ To that honky tonk townâ
The song is Dunnâs latest release since âBroken Neon Hearts,â his heartache anthem that dropped in February. Dunnâs full project is set to release this summer. He stopped by The Bobby Bones Show around the time he debuted âBroken Neon Heartsâ to talk about the album and more. As Dunn gears up to release his solo album, heâs also embarking on the REBOOT 2022 TOUR with duo partner Kix Brooks â and he promised a party: "It is our full intent to step onto the stage each night and throw down like the wildest honky tonk youâve never been toâŚyet.â
