Resolutions Are Hard Work. Here's How Long It Takes To Make Them Stick

Resolutions are hard work!

About 40% of Americans make New Year’s resolutions each year, vowing to do things like eat healthier, get more exercise and save more money.

But while making a resolution is easy, making real changes is hard. Really hard. Researchers found that it takes 66 days to turn a resolution into a habit.

That’s more than two months of persistent work and dedication before that habit really takes hold.
