Each Friday, James and Adam open the phone lines, poll Twitter, Instagram and Facebook and try to build what they call the "Gator Country Power Rankings". Think of it as a ranking system similar to what the College Football Playoff Committee does. It doesn't necessarily mean they're the best in the business...just the most popular! 1. Luke Bryan - Luke remains number one. James and Adam believe that Luke Bryan can walk into any Hardees in the world and get free biscuits. More so than anybody else in country music.
2. Blake Shelton - The power of 'The Voice' still exist. James thinks Blake could be in trouble if he doesn't hit the road and tour sometime soon.
3. Carrie Underwood - Carrie still shining big time. All over the Olympics and of course the big game as well.
4. Jason Aldean - Aldean remains safe on the GCPR right now. It has come to our attention that Stapleton is breathing down his neck from right behind though!!
5. Chris Stapleton - Late show appearances, duets with JT...what else could you need. The fastest riser on the Gator Country Power Rankings and who James and Adam believe to be the raddest dude in country music!
