KELSEA BALLERINI is about to add multi-media star to her resume.

She's the newest coach on "The Voice"... but she's not replacing anyone. She's coaching a brand new online phase called The Comeback Stage.

Here's how that'll go. She'll personally select SIX performers who did NOT turn a chair during the blind auditions. She'll coach them as they compete against each other... two at a time... and then she'll pick one winner from each. Those three will advance to the Comeback Stage Finals, and she'll choose two from that. And then those two will compete on the Live Playoffs Results show, which will air November 13th.

That winner will move on to the regular competition. The Comeback Stage will air on YouTube, Instagram TV, "The Voice" Official App, Facebook, and NBC.com. It'll debut on September 24th . . . the same day that the new season of "The Voice" debuts on NBC.

JAKE OWEN hit up the bars of Nashville to film his "Down To The Honkytonk" video.  Is that clichĂ©?  Of course.  There's also an Elvis shirt, line dancing, a bachelorette party . . . and he even gets "punched out" by a very large redneck.

BRETT YOUNG announced the title, release date, and track listing of his new album.  It's called "Ticket to L.A." and it drops December 7th.  Brett and pop singer GAVIN DEGRAW co-wrote and perform on a track called "Chapters"

LUKE BRYAN has started his own record label called 32 Bridge Entertainment.  And the first artist he's signed is JON LANGSTON, who is one of the performers on his upcoming Farm Tour.

Luke says, quote, "The ability to start a record label is such a dream come true for me."
